电位法研究结果表明去甲基斑蝥酸能与包括碱土金属及过渡金属离子在内的多种二价金属离子配位.用电位法测定了去甲基斑蝥酸的解离常数及12种1:1型络合物的稳定常数.所测常数符合Irving-Williams顺序及Mello-Maley顺序.用理论推算二元羧酸络合物稳定常数的关系式,并计算了这些常数,所得计算值与实测值基本符合.此外,还制备了去甲基斑蝥酸的铜、钴、锰、锌络合物.由这些络合物的组成以及红外光谱可以看出两个羧基配位形成络合物,并且四氢呋喃环上的氧原子有配位结合的可能.
