本文采用草酸盐沉淀、水蒸汽热分解制备了14种稀土氧化物超微粉末,其粒子的粒径在100~500之间,比表面积在150~50m~2/g之间。通过X—射线及红外光谱分析,对产物进行了鉴定。研究了14种稀土超微氧化物的最佳制备条件,并对其热分解机理作了讨论。观察了稀土氧化物超微粉末在真空中保存的情况。
In this paper, 14 kinds of rare earth oxide ultrafine powders were prepared by oxalate precipitation and steam pyrolysis. Their particle sizes ranged from 100 to 500 and specific surface area was 150 ~ 50 m ~ 2 / g. The product was identified by X-ray and infrared spectroscopy. The optimum preparation conditions of 14 kinds of rare earth superalloys were studied and their thermal decomposition mechanism was discussed. The rare earth oxide superfine powder was observed in vacuum preservation.
