2012年以来,中央银行把金融消费者权益保护放在了更加突出的位置,将保护金融消费者作为金融业发展的重点工作之一,加强金融消费者权益保护尤为重要。在欠发达地区,金融消费者权益在不同领域受到侵害时有发生,存在的问题不能小视,本文就银行卡领域消费者权益保护作一些探索,以期促进银行卡领域消费者权益保护工作得到有效发挥。
Since 2012, the central bank has placed the protection of the rights and interests of financial consumers in a more prominent position. It will protect financial consumers as one of the key tasks in the development of the financial industry. It is especially important to strengthen the protection of the rights and interests of financial consumers. In underdeveloped regions, the rights and interests of financial consumers have been infringed upon in different fields from time to time, and the existing problems can not be overlooked. This article explores the protection of consumers’ rights and interests in the field of bankcards in order to promote the effective protection of consumer rights and interests in the field of bankcards .
