当今社会市场竞争日趋激烈,企业要想生存,不仅要有雄厚的资源与资本,而且要求有高素质的人力资源。虽然改革开放以来我国企业的员工素质和人力资源状况都有了很大改观,但与发达国家相比,我国国有企业在人力资源管理方面存在诸多不足之处,人力资源管理有许多潜力可挖,加强和改善当前国企的人力资源管理势在必行。本文针对目前国企中人力资源管理现状,对其中的问题进行分析,探索加强我国国有企业人力资源更加行之有效的策略,为增强国有企业的总体实力和国际竞争力提供一点借鉴。
In today’s increasingly competitive social market, enterprises want to survive, not only have strong resources and capital, but also requires high-quality human resources. Although the quality of employees and the human resources in our country have been greatly improved since the reform and opening up, compared with developed countries, there are many deficiencies in the management of human resources in our state-owned enterprises. There are many potentialities in human resource management. It is imperative to strengthen and improve the human resources management of the current state-owned enterprises. In this paper, according to the current situation of human resource management in state-owned enterprises, the author analyzes the problems in them and explores the more effective strategies to strengthen the human resources of the state-owned enterprises in our country, providing some reference for enhancing the overall strength and international competitiveness of state-owned enterprises.
