熔融法制备了含成核剂TMC-328为0.3%的聚乳酸(PLA)/TMC-328共混物,采用偏光显微镜(POM)和差示扫描量热仪(DSC),研究了PLA/TMC-328共混物在不同加工条件下的结晶性能。结果表明,纯PLA在热处理下的结晶能力变化不大,添加TMC-328后,热处理可以提高PLA的结晶度,随着热处理温度的提高,结晶度从80℃下的0.26%增加到100℃下的40.03%,且低温下PLA冷结晶能力得到了提高。在满足工艺条件下,PLA/TMC-328共混物的最佳热处理温度为100℃。
The PLA / TMC-328 blends containing 0.3% of TMC-328 as nucleating agent were prepared by melt method. Polarizing microscopy (POM) and differential scanning calorimetry (DSC) Crystallization properties of the blend at -328 under different processing conditions. The results showed that the crystallization ability of pure PLA did not change much after heat treatment. The thermal treatment could increase the crystallinity of PLA after adding TMC-328. With the increase of heat treatment temperature, the crystallinity increased from 0.26% at 80 ℃ to 100 ℃ Of 40.03%, and PLA cold crystallization ability has been improved. The optimum heat treatment temperature of PLA / TMC-328 blends is 100 ℃ when the process conditions are met.
