据俄罗斯媒体2016年7月5日报道,印度和越南就河内最近采购印度导弹、炮艇和鱼雷问题展开积极谈判。两国正在洽谈几项军售合同,其中包括出售“布拉莫斯”巡航导弹、升级改造2艘在俄罗斯建造的护卫舰、为越南海岸警卫队建造10艘新巡逻艇。此外,还讨论向越南出售Varunastra重型鱼雷的问题。目前印度和越南在联合培训“基洛”级潜艇水兵和“苏-30MKI”战斗机飞行员。此外,两国还就扩大防务合作问题展开谈判。据悉,印度也打算向几个东南亚国家推销自己的武器,其中包括印度尼西亚和菲律宾。
According to Russian media reports on July 5, 2016, India and Vietnam held active talks on the recent acquisition of Indian missiles, gunboats and torpedoes in Hanoi.
