本研究采用成熟的社会支持量表、职业成熟度量表和职业决策自我效能量表对上海两所职业学校的中职生进行调查,探讨了中职生社会支持和职业决策自我效能对其职业成熟度的影响,同时探索了中职生职业决策自我效能在社会支持和职业成熟度之间的中介作用。研究证实:(1)中职生社会支持、职业决策自我效能与职业成熟度存在显著的相关性,中职生的社会支持、职业决策自我效能水平可以预测其职业成熟度发展水平。(2)生源地为农村的中职生,其职业决策自我效能在社会支持对职业成熟度的关系中起完全中介效应;生源地为城镇的。中职生职业决策自我效能在社会支持和职业成熟度间没有中介效应。
In this study, mature social support scale, occupational maturity scale and career decision-making self-efficacy scale were used to investigate the secondary vocational students in two vocational schools in Shanghai. The study explored the secondary vocational students social support and career decision-making self-efficacy of their occupation mature At the same time, we explored the intermediary role of career decision-making self-efficacy of secondary vocational students between social support and career maturity. The research confirms that: (1) there is a significant correlation between social support, self-efficacy of career decision-making and career maturity of secondary vocational school students. The social support of vocational school students and the self-efficacy of career decision-making can predict the development level of their career maturity. (2) Secondary students from rural areas have a self-efficacy of career decision-making in a completely intermediary role in the relationship between social support and career maturity; the source of students is urban. Vocational students’ self-efficacy in career decision-making has no intermediary effect between social support and career maturity.
