目的研究探讨实验性家兔高镁血症模型的建造方法。方法健康实验家兔随机分为对照组和实验组,实验组家兔采用不同的给药速度,观察家兔呼吸、血压和心电的变化。通过统计计算来确定高镁血症造模的最佳速度。结果给药速度约为0.38mmol/kg.min造模成功率高于其他组别。结论造模采用1.9ml/kg的10%MgCl2溶液5min内注入成功率最高。
Objective To study the construction method of experimental rabbit hypermagnesemia model. Methods Healthy rabbits were randomly divided into control group and experimental group. The rabbits in the experimental group were given different administration speed to observe the changes of respiration, blood pressure and electrocardiogram in rabbits. Through the statistical calculation to determine the best speed of hypermagnesemia modeling. The results of drug delivery rate of about 0.38mmol / kg.min modeling success rate higher than other groups. Conclusion The injection of 1.9ml / kg 10% MgCl2 solution in 5min has the highest success rate.
