本文介绍应用计算机程序、屏幕绘图程序相结合进行蜗形凸轮机构特性曲线的计算机辅助设计的方法,列出了所设计的程序框图,以及用计算机画出了摆线运动规律和余弦加速度运动规律下的蜗形凸轮压力角与无因次时间之间关系等特性曲线。文章最后指出,若对目前使用的每一种凸轮机构从动件运动规律均应用所述方法进行计算机辅助设计特性曲线,则所得图谱有广泛的应用前景。
This paper introduces the computer aided design of the snail cam mechanism characteristic curve by computer program and screen drawing program, lists the block diagram of the designed program, and draws the computer with the laws of motion of the cycloid and the law of cosine acceleration Snail-shaped cam pressure angle and the relationship between non-dimensional time and other characteristics. Finally, the article points out that if the current application of each type of cam follower motion law are applied to the computer-aided design characteristics of the curve, the resulting spectrum has a wide range of applications.
