当前护理纠纷日趋增多,而且处理的难度越来越大,成为临床护理人员和护理管理人员工作难点之一,为此,我们分析了多年来工作中的护理纠纷案例,总结出护理纠纷常见的原因,由医疗纠纷转至对护理工作不满,护理人员自身素质较差所致的纠纷,病人及家属对医疗知识缺乏所致的误会,提出护理纠纷的防范及处理措施,强化护理人员的服务观念,提高护理人员业务水平;加强规章制度落实;把握护理纠纷处理有关技巧。
