中学语文教育教学及班级管理模式必须注重目标、效能、创新的原则,与时俱进。在教育教学及管理中,必须依据教学对象因素、中等学校教育发展的终极目的及现实条件因素进行目标定位。还必须依据心理学及非智力性因素讲究动态管理,提升自身素养,运用心理学原理及控制论原理进行调控,力求最佳的效能策略,同时要注重教师团队的最优化组合。教育教学管理的创新需要从加强基础课程开发与建设,启动学分制改革管理模式,推行过程性评价管理模式等几个方面积极探索与尝试。
Middle school Chinese teaching and teaching and class management model must focus on goals, effectiveness, innovation principles, advancing with the times.
