介绍在BaF_2和NaCl基片上镀CaF_2、LaF_3和含氟聚合物(聚四氟乙烯,四氟乙烯与六氟丙烯共聚物、典型的防潮保护膜的加速潮湿试验(温度27~50℃,相对湿度95%,24小时为一个周期)。当BaF_2基片分别镀CaF_2、聚四氟乙烯和LaF_3时,试样的寿命分别从4个周期增加到9、26和42个周期以上。如热处理CaF_2薄膜,能使试样寿命增加2倍。NaCl分别镀CaF_2和聚四氟乙烯后,试样的寿命分别从不到1个周期增加到1和3个周期。NaCl基片镀LaF_3薄膜附着性差。CaF_2薄膜的微硬度测量说明与防潮有直接关系。热处理的作用是把组成薄膜的CaF_2细颗粒烧结以增加薄膜的密度、折射率和硬度,而降低湿气的渗透。在BaF_2和NaCl基片上镀CaF_2和聚四氟乙烯膜具有增透和防潮保护作用。
