目的了解济南市农村集中式供水化学污染物健康风险。方法对济南市10个区县农村集中式供水的末梢水进行分析,并采用美国环保署(USEPA)推荐的健康风险评价模型对饮用水中的主要污染物经饮水途径所引起的健康风险做出初步评价。结果济南市农村集中式供水砷的致癌风险度为3.29×10-6,6种非致癌化学物总的个人年健康风险为1.90×10-7。其中非致癌化学物风险度大小顺序为硝酸盐>铁>氟化物>锰>氨氮。结论济南市农村集中式供水砷的致癌风险处于较低水平,硝酸盐和砷是济南市农村饮用水首要控制污染物。
Objective To understand the health risks of centralized water supply chemical pollutants in rural areas of Jinan City. Methods The peripheral water of rural centralized water supply in 10 districts and counties of Jinan City was analyzed. The health risk assessment model recommended by the United States Environmental Protection Agency (USEPA) was used to make the health risks caused by drinking water channels of major pollutants in drinking water Preliminary evaluation. Results The carcinogenic risk of arsenic in rural centralized water supply in Jinan was 3.29 × 10-6. The total annual individual health risk of 6 non-carcinogenic chemicals was 1.90 × 10-7. Among them, the order of the risk of non-carcinogenic chemicals is nitrate> iron> fluoride> manganese> ammonia nitrogen. Conclusions The carcinogenic risk of arsenic in rural centralized water supply in Jinan is low, and nitrate and arsenic are the primary control pollutants in rural drinking water in Jinan City.
