目的 GB 14934-1994《食(饮)具消毒卫生标准》介绍了检测洗消剂残留量的采样与检验所使用的方法,而未对食(饮)具表面积的计算以及检测完成之后烷基(苯)磺酸钠残留量的计算进行说明,易造成不同检测人员间检测比对的误差大,重复性差。据此,提出不同食(饮)具表面积的计算方法和检测完成之后烷基(苯)磺酸钠残留量的计算方法,保证不同检测人员间检测结果的可比性。方法列出不同食(饮)具表面积的计算方法和检测完成之后烷基(苯)磺酸钠残留量的计算方法。结果 2013年本中心对全市食(饮)具进行了烷基(苯)磺酸钠残留量的检测,结果满意。结论通过规范食(饮)具表面积的计算和检测完成之后烷基(苯)磺酸钠残留量的计算,避免了不同检测人员间检测比对误差大,重复性差的情况,保证了不同检测人员间检测结果的可比性。
