空中交通复杂度是对空域结构的客观衡量,是影响扇区规划的最主要因素之一。为了合理利用空域资源、提高空中交通运行效率,研究了基于复杂度分析的空域扇区划分问题。针对空域的内部结构与运行状态,深入分析扇区面积、航路结构、交叉点复杂性、机型混杂程度以及运行状态混合程度等影响因子的特性,建立了可量化计算的空中交通复杂度评估指标,定义了空中交通复杂度;基于空中交通复杂度来衡量管制员的工作负荷,以均衡管制员工作负荷为原则建立扇区规划模型,并采用生长算法进行求解。最后,选取珠江三角洲地区的空域进行实例分析,验证了本文扇区划分方法的有效性。
Air traffic complexity is an objective measure of airspace structure and is one of the most important factors affecting sector planning. In order to make rational use of airspace resources and improve the efficiency of air traffic operation, the division of airspace sectors based on complexity analysis is studied. According to the internal structure and operating status of the airspace, the characteristics of the influencing factors such as the sector area, route structure, complexity of the intersection, the degree of hybrid model and the mixing degree of the operating status are analyzed in depth. A quantifiable evaluation index of air traffic complexity , Defining the complexity of air traffic; measuring the workload of controllers based on the complexity of air traffic; establishing the sector planning model based on the principle of balancing the work load of controllers; and using the growth algorithm to solve the problem. Finally, the case study of airspace in the Pearl River Delta region is conducted to verify the effectiveness of the method for sector partitioning in this paper.
