“9281”防治苹果树皮腐烂病的室内及田间试验结果表明,“9281”对苹果树皮腐烂病有明显的治疗效果。“9281”室内抑菌效果明显,用药液浸泡病组织,4倍液杀菌率84.0%,原液杀菌率100%.平板抑菌试验500倍液抑菌率为100%.日间涂刷病斑后有明显的治疗和铲除病菌的作用。用原液,2倍液、4倍液涂刷病斑50d后观察,可明显抑制病斑扩展,防效在90%以上。
The results of “9281” indoor and field tests on prevention and treatment of apple tree bark rot showed that “9281” had obvious curative effect on apple bark decay. “9281” indoor bacteriostatic effect was obvious, the soaking solution with liquid medicine, 4 times the liquid sterilization rate of 84.0%, the original liquid sterilization rate of 100%. Antibacterial test 500 times the antibacterial rate of 100%. After brushing lesions during the day there is a clear cure and eradicate bacteria role. With the stock solution, 2 times the liquid, 4 times brushing lesions observed after 50d, can significantly inhibit the lesion expansion, the anti-efficiency of more than 90%.
