Φ38×3;5×2000的不锈钢固定床积分反应器中对CuCrK/γ-Al_2O_3(组成为CuO20wt%,Cr_2O_35wt%,K_2CO_316wt%.其余为γ-Al_2O_3)进行了活性测试.测试条件为:催化剂尺寸φ2.5×2.5~3.5,负荷0.08g糠醛/g·催化剂·h.反应温度130~210℃,压力为常压.在这些条件下,催化反应共984h,糠醛转化率高于98.5%,糠醛选择性高于98.5%.对失活后的催化剂进行了氧化再生.200℃以下氧化再生主要是聚合物和氧作用,生成糠醛、糠醇,并脱除掉;200~300℃温度范围内的氧化再生是聚合物和氧作用生成CO_2和水.氧化再生过程中Cu ̄0基本上未被氧化,大部分铜仍以Cu ̄0的形式存在.
Φ38 × 3; 5 × 2000 stainless steel fixed-bed integral reactor. The activity of CuCrK / γ-Al_2O_3 (composed of CuO20wt%, Cr_2O_35wt%, K_2CO_316wt% and the balance of γ-Al_2O_3) was tested. The test conditions were: catalyst size φ 2.5 × 2.5 to 3.5, load 0.08 g furfural / g · catalyst · h. The reaction temperature is 130 ~ 210 ℃, the pressure is atmospheric pressure. Under these conditions, the catalytic reaction for a total of 984h, furfural conversion was higher than 98.5%, furfural selectivity higher than 98.5%. The deactivated catalyst was oxidatively regenerated. Oxidative regeneration below 200 ℃ is mainly the action of polymer and oxygen to generate furfural and furfuryl alcohol, and is removed. Oxidative regeneration in the temperature range from 200 ℃ to 300 ℃ generates CO_2 and water by the action of polymer and oxygen. During oxidation and regeneration, Cu ~ 0 is not oxidized, and most of Cu is still in Cu ~ 0.
