涉及高中研究性学习的人员很多,包括学校各级领导、教师、学生和家长。根据对位于四川省县城高中应对新课改的调查显示,大部分学校领导和教师等人员不仅对研究性学习的基本原理、研究性学习的概念与特点等缺乏深入的了解;而且对于具体操作措施如研究性学习方法、程序以及步骤等也比较茫然。因此,有必要对他们进行适当的培训和指导。
