目的:建立一种气相色谱法同时测定蔬菜中有机磷、有机氯和菊酯类农药残留量的分析方法。方法:样品采用石油醚-丙酮(1+1,V/V)提取,用Al2O3柱净化,石油醚-丙酮(2+1,V/V)淋洗。采用ZB-5石英毛细管柱和FPD检测器分析有机磷农药残留;采用HP-5石英毛细管柱和ECD检测器分析有机氯和菊酯类农药残留。以低限加标样品的3倍信噪比确定方法的检出限(LODs),以两个添加水平测定样品的回收率和相对标准偏差(RSD)。结果:该方法的检测限能达到μg/kg水平;各类农药的加标回收率在74.3%~112.8%之间,RSD均低于10%。
Objective: To establish a method for the simultaneous determination of organophosphorus, organochlorine and pyrethroid pesticide residues in vegetables by gas chromatography. Methods: The samples were extracted with petroleum ether - acetone (1 + 1, V / V), cleaned up with Al2O3 column and leached with petroleum ether - acetone (2 + 1, V / V). Organophosphorus pesticide residues were analyzed by ZB-5 quartz capillary column and FPD detector. Organochlorine and pyrethroid pesticide residues were analyzed by HP-5 quartz capillary column and ECD detector. The detection limits (LODs) of the methods were determined using a 3-fold signal-to-noise ratio of the lowest spiked samples and the recovery and relative standard deviation (RSD) of the samples were determined at the two spiked levels. Results: The limit of detection of this method could reach μg / kg. The spiked recoveries of various pesticides ranged from 74.3% to 112.8% with RSD less than 10%.
