模具型腔光整加工的质量和效率一直是影响模具工业发展的重要因素。在综合研究国内外型腔表面超精密研磨技术的基础上,开发研制了将数控切削、电解加工及机械研磨等技术相复合的数控展成起精密电解研磨新工艺,实现了对模具型腔的高效镜面加工。实验表明:针对不锈钢等不同模具材料,使用该技术可稳定地得到Ry<0.03μm的镜面,其加工效率较普通研磨提高3倍以上。
