目的:研究并确定赤芍浸膏微波真空低温干燥的最佳工艺条件。方法:采用单因素试验法考察了不同微波功率、干燥时间、载样量、间歇比4个因素对干燥产品含水率的影响。在单因素试验结果的基础上,选用L9(34)正交试验法和多指标综合评分法对工艺参数进行优化,选择最佳工艺条件。结果:赤芍浸膏微波真空低温干燥的最佳工艺条件为:微波功率3 kw,干燥时间10 min,载样量150 g。结论:采用微波真空低温干燥技术干燥赤芍浸膏,所得干燥产品含水率低,有效成分保留率高,干燥速度快,有望应用于工业化生产。
Objective: To study and determine the optimum conditions of microwave vacuum cryopreservation of Radix Paeoniae Rubra. Methods: The effects of different microwave power, drying time, sample loading and intermittent ratio on the moisture content of dried product were investigated by single factor test. Based on the single factor test results, the parameters of L9 (34) orthogonal test and the multi-index comprehensive score method were optimized to select the best process conditions. Results: The optimum conditions of microwave vacuum cryogenic drying of Radix Paeoniae Rubra were: microwave power 3 kw, drying time 10 min, sample load 150 g. Conclusion: Drying of Radix Paeoniae Rubra with microwave vacuum cryogenic drying technique has the advantages of low moisture content, high retention rate of active ingredient and fast drying speed. It is expected to be used in industrialized production.
