A few years ago, a delegation from the American Association of Science Education visited Shanghai. After listening to a well-prepared class of a top-level teacher in a prestigious key middle school, it can be said that this is an almost perfect high-quality course. Because the content of classroom teaching is accurate, the level is clear, the language is standardized, the blackboard is beautiful, the question is designed reasonably, the student replies exquisitely. However, the U.S. delegation questioned this: “The teachers raised many questions in the classroom. The students responded well. Since the students know it, is there any need to go to the class?” "What surprised the U.S. delegation? Yes: There are no problems in class, no mistakes!
