本文在自动控制技术的基础之上对上位机、步进电机、液晶、键盘、继电器等部分的控制系统进行研究,设计出了一种用于梯度凝胶胶片制作的全自动控制系统。系统采用性能优越的C8051F020单片机为主控单元,主要由液晶屏、步进电机、串口通信、光电耦合、键盘、继电器、交流电磁阀等部分组成。本文对系统主控电路、步进电机驱动电路、液晶控制电路、监控与检测电路四个模块作了详细论述。系统可以完成对步进电机和电磁阀的实时控制以及对胶片制作各项参数的设置。通过系统测试显示,该控制系统能满足凝胶胶片按一定浓度梯度分布的设计制作要求。该系统作为医用制胶的全自动设备,填补了我国在这方面的市场和技术空白,具有非常良好的应用前景。
Based on the automatic control technology, this paper studies the control system of the upper computer, the stepping motor, the LCD, the keyboard, the relay and so on, and designs a fully automatic control system for the gradient gel film production. System uses superior performance C8051F020 microcontroller as the main control unit, mainly by the LCD screen, stepper motor, serial communication, photoelectric coupling, keyboard, relay, AC solenoid valve and other components. In this paper, the system main control circuit, stepper motor drive circuit, LCD control circuit, monitoring and detection circuit four modules in detail discussed. The system can complete the real-time control of the stepper motor and solenoid valve as well as the film production of the parameters of the set. Through the system test shows that the control system to meet the gel film by a certain concentration gradient design requirements. The system as a medical glue automatic equipment, to fill China’s market and technology gaps in this area, has a very good application prospects.
