采用光学视频接触角测量仪测定了2%甲维盐微乳剂不同浓度稀释液的表面张力及静态接触角、0~60 s动态接触角,并开展了2%甲维盐微乳剂对小菜蛾的田间药效试验。结果表明:2%甲维盐微乳剂2 000、4 000、6 000倍液的表面张力和静态接触角分别是31.65 m N/m和77.58°,35.42 m N/m和118.04°,40.60 m N/m和121.54°,均显著低于2%甲维盐乳油4 000倍液的44.32 m N/m和136.09°,以及去离子水的74.65 m N/m和140.94°。2%甲维盐微乳剂高、中浓度的稀释液液滴0~60 s动态接触角均随时间延长呈下降趋势。高浓度液滴动态接触角的下降趋势更明显,能在甘蓝叶片上更快地附着、润湿。田间试验表明,用药7 d后,2%甲维盐微乳剂2 000、4 000、6 000倍液对小菜蛾的防效分别是98.2%、92.6%、76.6%,对照药剂1%甲维盐乳油4 000倍液对小菜蛾的防效为72.3%。
