目的:使用HPLC法考察模拟条件下发霉黄芩药材中的黄芩苷含量。方法:以Nova-Pak C_(18)柱(250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm)为色谱柱,甲醇-水-磷酸(40:60:0.2)为流动相,流速0.8 ml·min~(-1);检测波长280 nm;柱温25℃。结果:第15天,对照组黄芩苷含量15.19%,试验组7.74%;第30天,对照组黄芩苷含量15.03%,试验组3.18%。结论:黄芩药材在模拟条件下黄芩苷含量显著下降。
Objective: To investigate the content of baicalin in moulded Astragalus membranaceus under simulated conditions by HPLC. Methods: A column was columned on a Nova-Pak C 18 column (250 mm×4.6 mm, 5 μm). The mobile phase consisted of methanol-water-phosphoric acid (40:60:0.2) and the flow rate was 0.8 ml·min-1. Detection wavelength 280 nm; column temperature 25 °C. Results: On the 15th day, the content of baicalin in the control group was 15.19% and that in the test group was 7.74%. On the 30th day, the content of baicalin in the control group was 15.03% and that in the test group was 3.18%. CONCLUSION: The content of baicalin in Astragalus membranaceus significantly decreased under simulated conditions.
