《英语课程标准》明确规定要培养听的策略,培养语感,特别强调培养在听的过程中获取和处理信息的能力。现行教材也专门设立听力材料。但许多英语老师却认为听力训练就是让学生多听听英语磁带就可以了,使听力训练在英语课堂上成为一种放磁带、听磁带过程,从而影响和制约了学生听力的发展。如何培养学生的英语听力,进一步激发学生学习英语的积极性,进一步提高学生英语水平,是目前新课程英语教学亟待解决的问题。
The “English Curriculum Standards” clearly stipulates the training of listening strategies, fosters a sense of language, and particularly emphasizes the ability to acquire and process information in the process of listening. The current teaching materials also specifically set up hearing materials. However, many English teachers believe that listening training is to enable students to listen to English tapes more. This makes listening training a process of putting tapes and listening to tapes in the English class, thus affecting and restricting the development of students’ listening. How to cultivate students’ English listening ability, further stimulate students’ enthusiasm for learning English, and further improve students’ English proficiency are the problems that need to be solved urgently in the new curriculum English teaching.
