诺里尔斯克选矿厂第一混合分离车间,采用重选-混合浮选-分离浮选联合流程处理诺里尔斯克-1矿床浸染矿石、塔尔纳赫斯克矿床富的浸染矿石和共青团矿山铜矿石3种矿石。矿石总的特点是脉石含量高:从铜矿石的85%到浸染状矿石的95%~96%。减少进入其中的非金属矿物数量来提高混合精矿质量和提高进入下游冶金车间的分离精矿质量是选矿工作者一个重要任务。最近3年诺里尔斯克矿冶公司实验室完成了大量的实验室试验,为浸染矿石和铜矿石混合浮选回路选择了最有效的抑制剂———МЭЦ-2,它是改性的纤维素酯。试验表明,获得的混合精矿镍和铂族元素的回收率提高2.5%~8.0%,同时混合精矿中的硫化物含量提高5%~8.0%。
