报道了发根农杆菌(Agrobacteriumrhizogenes)两个菌株A4和LBA9402Bin19)对马铃薯(SolanumtuberosumL.)茎段和叶切片的遗传转化。两个菌株的根诱导频率明显不同,由此得到的毛状根无性系在侧根数和根长度等形态特征上呈现一定的差异,A4的转化频率较高,为20%—28%,LBA9402Bin19转化频率虽然只有8%—18%,但仍接近前人报道的结果。这些根无性系可用于研究植株再生和RiT—DNA对马铃薯块茎发生的影响。
The genetic transformation of stem and leaf segments of potato (Solanum tuberosum L.) was reported for two strains of Agrobacterium rhizogenes A4 and LBA9402Bin19. The root induction frequencies of the two strains were significantly different. The obtained clonal hairy roots showed some differences in morphological characteristics such as lateral root number and root length. The transformation frequency of A4 was high at 20% -28%, and LBA9402Bin19 transformation Although the frequency of only 8% -18%, but still close to the results reported by previous generations. These root clones can be used to study the effects of plant regeneration and RiT-DNA on the occurrence of potato tubers.
