在4只家兔同时进行每只8组药物点和2组对照点的22.5Gy/cm2一次性90Srβ照射后,分别于24h、72h,、120h和192h、取全层皮标本,单盲法病理切片观察受照射皮肤,用打分法评价介入药物对皮肤辐射损伤的影响.初步结果:早期效应以无菌性炎症反应为主,深度达表皮和真皮浅层。介入Ⅳ(201.25分)、Ⅷ(167.5分)、Ⅴ(165分)、Ⅰ(150分),损伤分值高,其中Ⅳ与对照组(157.5、141.25分)有显著性差异(P<0·05),即有辐射增敏作用,可用于敷贴中心.其它几组与对照组无显著性差异(P>0.05).而介入Ⅲ损伤分值最低(107.5分)与对照组4有显著性差异(P<0.05),有增强皮肤抗辐射早期损伤的作用。
Four rabbits were treated with 22.5Gy / cm2 once-only 90Srβ irradiation at 8 drug points and 2 control points at the same time. Whole-thickness skin specimens were obtained at 24h, 72h, 120h and 192h respectively.
