[方法]在长沙和青岛两地进行田间试验,采用气相色谱技术研究杀虫环在烟田环境中的残留与消解动态。烟叶及土壤中残留农药杀虫环,经过HCl溶液提取,在碱性条件下水解衍生化生成沙蚕毒素,气相色谱(FPD)测定沙蚕毒素的含量,推知杀虫环的残留量。[结果]杀虫环在烟叶和土壤中的平均回收率均超过75%,相对标准偏差小于6.00%,最低检出质量分数鲜烟叶和土壤中均为0.005 mg/kg,干烟叶中为0.001 mg/kg;杀虫环在烟叶和土壤中的半衰期分别为2.86~4.14、2.30~2.84 d;最后1次施药后21 d,杀虫环在烟叶中的最终残留量均低于0.038 mg/kg,在土壤中均低于0.023 mg/kg。[结论]在推荐使用剂量和最高使用剂量条件下,杀虫环在烟田中使用安全。
[Method] Field trials were conducted in Changsha and Qingdao, and the residue and digestion dynamics of insecticidal rings in tobacco field were studied by gas chromatography. The minimum detectable mass fraction was 0.005 mg / kg in both tobacco and soil, and 0.001 mg / kg; the half life of insecticidal ring in tobacco leaves and soil was 2.86 ~ 4.14,2.30 ~ 2.84 d respectively; the final residue of insecticidal ring in tobacco leaves was less than 0.038 mg / kg after 21 d after the last application , Less than 0.023 mg / kg in soil. [Conclusion] The insecticidal ring was safe to be used in tobacco fields under the recommended dosage and the highest dosage.
