用钛基组合钎料对Ti-10%Zr合金进行电阻钎焊,断电后水淬或气冷处理。用SEM背反射电子像、X射线衍射等测定了两种冷却方式下焊接接头的显微组织,分析了焊缝组织对焊接接头强度的影响。认为两种焊接接头中焊缝区均含有非晶相,其中焊后水淬接头中非晶相的面积率达20%左右,其抗拉强度达600MPa,是气冷接头的1.5倍。其原因是由于细小的相在焊缝中均匀分布,化合物相比例降低以及在其周围形成非晶相
Ti-10% Zr alloy was brazed with Ti-based brazing filler metal, water-quenched or air-cooled after power-off. The microstructures of the welded joint under two cooling methods were measured by backscattered electron spectroscopy (SEM) and X-ray diffraction (XRD). The influence of weld microstructure on the strength of the welded joint was analyzed. It is considered that the weld zone in both weld joints contains amorphous phase, of which the area ratio of amorphous phase in the post-weld water quench joint reaches about 20%, and the tensile strength reaches 600MPa, which is 1.5 times that of gas-cooled joint. The reason for this is that since the fine phase is uniformly distributed in the weld, the proportion of the compound decreases and an amorphous phase is formed around it
