在全球经济一体化的今天,企业的生存靠管理理念;在战略制胜的环境下,企业的持续发展靠的是战略的科学制定与有效执行。大部分企业战略的制定高瞻远瞩,清淅可行,但大约只有1/10概率的企业才能得以科学的执行。财富杂志最新消息,大多数企业在竞争中失败是由于制定的战略得不到有效的执行,企业内部缺乏沟通,组织与管理缺乏有机地结合,激励制度缺乏学习的增长与反馈。而平衡计分卡从正能量上克服了这些弊端,是提升企业战略执行的有力工具。笔者结合自己的工作实践,浅析平衡记分卡在企业战略中的应用,仅供参考。
In today’s global economic integration, the survival of enterprises depends on the management concept; under the strategic winning environment, the sustainable development of enterprises depends on the scientific formulation and effective implementation of the strategy. Most corporate strategy is far-sighted and clear-cut, but only about a tenth of a firm has a scientifically enforceable value. The latest news from Fortune Magazine is that the failure of most enterprises in the competition is due to the lack of effective implementation of the formulated strategies, lack of communication within the enterprise, lack of organic combination of organization and management, and lack of learning growth and feedback in the incentive system. The Balanced Scorecard overcomes these drawbacks from positive energy and is a powerful tool to enhance the implementation of corporate strategy. The author combines his work practice, analysis of balanced scorecard in the application of corporate strategy, for reference purposes only.
