形成性评价是在教师的教学过程之中,为了提高教师的专业水平,需要获取学生的反馈信息,从而改进教学而进行的系统性评价。形成性评价需要教师和学生双向互动,教师需要通过不同的教学方法来增强学生的学习自主性,学生也需要不断对教师反馈,从而改进教师的教学方法。本文将结合教师的教学方法和学校的评价机制对小学中年级语文形成性评价改革进行试论。
Formative evaluation is in the teaching process of teachers, in order to improve the professional level of teachers, students need to obtain feedback to improve the teaching of systematic evaluation. Formative assessment requires a two-way interaction between teachers and students. Teachers need to improve their learning autonomy through different teaching methods. Students also need to constantly respond to teachers so as to improve teachers’ teaching methods. This article will combine the teacher’s teaching methods and the school’s evaluation mechanism to discuss the formative evaluation reform of middle school grade in primary school.
