[目的]为了证实SPRI-90827菌株所产生的次级代谢物生物活性,针对活性组分进行结构鉴定以及做了大量室内和田间生物测定试验。[结果]发现其活性组分的分子式为C17H26N8O5,结构式和灭瘟素(blasticidin-S)相仿。同时发现放线菌SPRI-90827所产生的次级代谢产物具有较强的杀菌活性。[结论]此化合物虽与灭瘟素结构相同,但在生物活性方面出现了显著不同,令人关注。
[Objective] In order to confirm the bioactivity of secondary metabolites produced by SPRI-90827 strain, structural identification of active components and a large number of indoor and field bioassays were performed. [Result] The molecular formula of its active ingredient was found to be C17H26N8O5 and the structural formula was similar to that of blasticidin-S. The secondary metabolites produced by actinomycetes SPRI-90827 were also found to have strong bactericidal activity. [Conclusion] Although the structure of this compound is the same as that of blasticidin, it has drawn much attention in biological activity.
