目的分析评价济南市道路交通伤害死亡特征和疾病负担。方法利用济南市2015年死因监测数据,应用粗死亡率、标化死亡率、早死生命损失(YLL)评价道路交通伤害死亡特征和疾病负担。结果 2015年济南市道路交通伤害死亡率为14.98/10万。因道路交通伤害死亡导致的早死生命损失为18 066.55人年,相当于每千人损失2.90年,男性生命损失多于女性,15~44岁生命损失(占44.18%)高于其它年龄组,行人生命损失(占39.02%)高于其它人群。间接经济损失为7.41亿元,男性造成的间接经济损失高于女性,15~44岁年龄组间接经济损失(占50.10%)高于其它年龄组,行人的间接经济损失(占39.00%)高于其它人群。结论道路交通伤害已成为济南市居民重要的健康问题,导致的疾病负担不容忽视,应重视道路交通伤害高危人群的干预工作。
Objective To analyze and evaluate the death toll and disease burden of road traffic injuries in Jinan City. Methods Using the 2015 death rate monitoring data in Ji’nan City, crude fatality rate, standardized mortality and premature death loss (YLL) were used to evaluate the characteristics of death and disease burden of road traffic injuries. Results In 2015, the death toll of road traffic injuries in Jinan was 14.98 / 100000. The loss of premature death due to death from road traffic injuries is 18 066.55 person-years, which is equivalent to a loss of 2.90 years for a thousand people. Men have more lives than women and 15 to 44 years of age (44.18%) than other age groups. Pedestrians The loss of life (39.02%) is higher than other groups. Indirect economic loss was 741 million yuan. Indirect economic loss caused by males was higher than that of females. Indirect economic losses (50.10%) in 15-44 age group were higher than other age groups. Pedestrian indirect economic loss (39.00%) was higher than Other people. Conclusions Road traffic injuries have become an important health problem for residents in Jinan City. The disease burden caused by this disease can not be neglected. Intervention work should be emphasized in people at high risk of road traffic injuries.
