目的:研究假肥大型肌营养不良(DMD)患者肌型肌酸激酶(CKMM)亚型的变化,为早期诊断和评价病情提供依据。方法:采用不连续缓冲体系,在稳流低压条件下电泳,将CKMM亚型分离、荧光扫描。结果:DMD患者在不同阶段的CKMM亚型值均与对照组相比有显著性差异(P<005);DMD患者不同阶段的MM2/MM1值也有显著性差异(P<005)。结论:CKMM亚型的改变是DMD患者诊断及判断病情的重要指标,MM2/MM1值是判断DMD患者病情的特异性指标
Objective: To study the changes of myo-creatine kinase (CKMM) subtypes in patients with Duchenne muscular dystrophy (DMD) and provide a basis for early diagnosis and evaluation of the disease. Methods: Discontinuous buffer system, under steady-flow low pressure electrophoresis, the CK MM subtype separation, fluorescence scanning. Results: The levels of CKMM subtype at different stages in DMD patients were significantly different from those in control subjects (P <005). There were also significant differences in MM2 / MM1 between DMD patients at different stages (P <00 05). Conclusion: The change of CKMM subtypes is an important index for diagnosis and judgment of patients with DMD. The value of MM2 / MM1 is a specific index for judging the condition of DMD patients
