目的通过动物实验,观察清热滋阴活血中药复方对大鼠糖尿病牙周炎的疗效,并初步探讨其机制。方法 10周龄健康雄性Wistar大鼠随机分为空白对照组(A组)、糖尿病牙周炎生理盐水组(B组)和中药治疗组(C组),B组与C组建立糖尿病牙周炎模型后,C组灌胃等效剂量的金银花、北沙参、川芎复方水煎剂,A组与B组灌胃等体积的生理盐水。2个月后,麻醉下方块截取包括实验区磨牙的双侧上颌骨。HE染色后,选择包括牙龈结缔组织及上皮组织的视野计数浸润的炎细胞,测量实验牙近中牙槽嵴顶至釉牙骨质界的距离;腹腔总静脉抽取静脉血,制备血清后用ELISA方法检测IL-1β的含量,应用SPSS10.0软件包对数据进行统计分析。结果 B组与C组牙龈组织的浸润炎细胞数目、牙槽嵴顶至釉牙骨质界的距离较A组均有增高,且B组高于C组,三组两两比较差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05);B组外周血IL-1β的含量较A组与C组高,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论清热滋阴活血复方对糖尿病牙周炎有治疗作用。
Objective To observe the curative effect of traditional Chinese medicine of clearing heat, nourishing Yin and promoting blood circulation on diabetic periodontitis in rats through animal experiments and to explore its mechanism. Methods Healthy male Wistar rats (10 weeks old) were randomly divided into blank control group (A group), diabetic periodontitis saline group (B group) and TCM treatment group (C group), group B and group C diabetic periodontitis After the model, the rats in group C were given gavage with equivalent dose of Honeysuckle, Radix et Rhizoma Rhei and Chuanxiong Compound Decoction, and groups A and B were given gavage with equal volume of normal saline. The level of IL-1β in peripheral blood of group B was higher than that of group A and C (P <0.05). Conclusion Qingre Ziyin Huoxue Compound has a therapeutic effect on diabetic periodontitis.
