一、细致入微,做学生文明养成的引路者1.指导学生学习文明礼仪。我们学校历来重视养成教育,学校把教育局下发的《文明礼仪教育分段目标》改编成朗朗上口的“文明礼仪三字训”。下发给每一位学生,并要求学生必须做到熟读成诵。“三字训”朗朗上口,好读好记。不过,对于低年级的孩子来说,年龄小,认知能力、理解能力较差,且不喜欢说教,直观形象的教育才会起到更好的作用。于是我把“三字训”编成一个个小品、情景剧,每周分重点、分专题对学生进行规范表演,如学校礼仪篇第
