单元教学目标是指教学活动的主体在学科的单元教学活动中所要达到的预期结果和标准。它在整个教学目标体系中具有承上启下、前后关联的作用,尤其是在全程备课的要求下,单元教学目标的确立与实施显得更为重要。一、单元教学目标的功能(一)单元教学目标既是对课程目标的分解,又是对课时目标的总揽。在教学过程中,通常将各门课程中相对完整的内容,诸如语文课程中一组体裁相同的课文,地理课程中独立的一章称为一个单元。一个完整的课程体系,就是由大小不等、内容各异的单元所组成。因此,单元教学目标既有别于课程教学目标的概括化,又有别于课时教学目标的具体化。一方面,单元教学目标以其特有的单元结构特征将课程目标予以分解,提出更切合教学实际的目标,而这些目标之间不是离散的,而是相互联系的,共同构成了课程目标。另一方面,单元教学目标又是课时目标的总揽,
