图书馆参考咨询知识库是参考咨询服务的主要内容,能更好地适应互联网环境下用户自助化服务要求,避免简单问题的重复咨询,提高咨询服务效率。从图书馆参考咨询知识库建设实践与研究历史来看,诸多学者都围绕着参考咨询知识库建设现状、理念、规范、构建技术与模式、经验分析及借鉴、用户问题等进行研究。但现有的研究成果还没有对参考咨询知识库进行全面系统研究,特别是随着实践发展和新技术的应用,需要进一步加强相关内容的研究。参考文献42。
Library reference database is the main content of consulting services, which can better meet the requirements of self-service users in internet environment, avoid repeated consultation of simple problems and improve the efficiency of consulting services. From the history and practice of library reference construction, many scholars focus on the current situation, concepts, norms, construction techniques and models of reference knowledge base construction, empirical analysis and reference, user problems and so on. However, the existing research results have not yet conducted a comprehensive and systematic research on the consulting knowledge base, especially with the practical development and the application of new technologies, it is necessary to further strengthen the research on related content.
