在改革开放进入到全面深化教育改革的新时期,特别是国务院近日印发《关于加快发展现代职业教育的决定》,全面部署加快发展现代职业教育的历史性时刻,本文针对高等职业院校学生的职业道德教育提出了其所具有的紧迫性和必要性,着重论述了食品烹饪专业所特有的职业道德的内涵,以及在职业道德的教育中存在的不足之处。在认识到不足之后,希望通过提高任课教师的文化和道德素质、改进教学方法、教育目标、创新意识教育、学生自我教育、重视校园文化建设和学生社团建设、紧抓就业指导和实训课程、校企合作等方面的措施进行改进和提高。
