我们以南方根结线虫为例研究了山东省烟区根结线虫的流行动态变化,结果表明,南方根结线虫种群数量在5月达到一个小高峰,然后下降,7月中旬为一个低谷,在10月达到最高峰。其数量动态变化与5cm地温变化有密切关系。田间从5月底开始发病,7月中旬以后呈快速上升趋势,消长曲线基本呈S型。同时研究了根结线虫的越冬虫态及南方根结线虫、花生根结线虫、爪哇根结线虫的越冬成活率。
We took the southern root-knot nematode as an example to study the epidemiological changes of root-knot nematodes in tobacco-growing areas in Shandong Province. The results showed that the population of M. root-knot nematodes reached a small peak in May and then decreased and a mid-July trough, October peaked. The number of dynamic changes and 5cm temperature changes are closely related. The onset of disease in the field from the end of May, after the middle of July showed a rapid upward trend, the growth and decline curve was S-shaped. At the same time, we studied the overwintering status of root knot nematode and the overwintering survival rate of root knot nematode, root knot nematode and root knot nematode.
