目的 :探讨等长收缩运动 (IE)时心血管反应与肌群质量的关系。方法 :成年健康杂种犬 2 0只 (雌 8只 ,雄 12只 ,11± 1 8公斤 )。浅麻醉下以感应电刺激腓肠肌产生最大IE ,在安静、单侧IE(SIE)、恢复 5、10、2 0分钟、双侧IE(DIE)、恢复 5、10、2 0分钟时采用心导管测定心率、血压、以及各项血液动力学指标。结果 :(1)SIE与DIE时心率、收缩压、舒张压、肺动脉收缩压、心输出量及总血管阻力明显增加 (p <0 0 1) ;每搏量均明显下降 (p <0 0 1) ;肺毛压、肺动脉舒张压、左右心室作功、肺血管阻力和总外周阻力无显著变化 (p >0 0 5 )。 (2 )SIE与DIE相比 ,心血管反应的净增量无显著差异 (p >0 0 5 )。结论、排除大脑皮层命令后 ,单纯肌肉等长收缩引起的心血管反应与运动肌群质量无关。
Objective: To investigate the relationship between cardiovascular response and muscle mass during isometric contraction (IE). Methods: 20 adult healthy hybrid dogs (8 females, 12 females, 11 ± 18 kg). The maximal IE of gastrocnemius was induced by electrical stimulation under light anesthesia. The catheter was opened in a quiet, unilateral IE (SIE), recovery of 5,10,2 0 minutes, bilateral IE (DIE), recovery of 5,10,2 0 minutes Determination of heart rate, blood pressure, and various hemodynamic parameters. Results: (1) Heart rate, systolic blood pressure, diastolic blood pressure, pulmonary arterial systolic pressure, cardiac output and total vascular resistance were significantly increased at SIE and DIE (p <0.01); stroke volume was significantly decreased (p <0.01 ); Pulmonary capillary pressure, pulmonary artery diastolic pressure, left and right ventricular work, pulmonary vascular resistance and total peripheral resistance had no significant change (p> 0.05). (2) There was no significant difference in the net increment of cardiovascular response between SIE and DIE (p> 0.05). Conclusions: Excluding the order of the cerebral cortex, the cardiovascular response to simple muscle isometric contraction was not related to the muscle mass.
