目的研究核辐射接触人员淋巴细胞增殖及凋亡状况。方法选取某单位从事核作业的核辐射接触人员80名及30名非核接触人员,抽取空腹静脉血分别检测淋巴细胞增殖活性、增殖细胞核抗原(PCNA)、细胞凋亡抑制基因-2(Bcl-2)、Bax等指标。结果接触组细胞增殖活性、PCNA、Bcl-2分别为(0.83±0.06),(53.97±7.57),(21.53±5.19),均较对照组〔分别为(0.90±0.07),(60.37±7.75),(25.72±5.21)〕明显降低(P<0.05);Bax(31.69±5.68)较对照组(26.38±5.55)明显增高(P<0.05)。结论长期低剂量核接触对从业人员淋巴细胞增殖及凋亡水平有一定的影响。
Objective To study the lymphocyte proliferation and apoptosis of nuclear exposure workers. Methods A total of 80 nuclear radiation exposure workers and 30 non-nuclear exposure workers who engaged in nuclear operations in a certain unit were selected. Fasting venous blood was collected for detecting the proliferation activity, proliferating cell nuclear antigen (PCNA), and apoptosis-inhibiting gene-2 ), Bax and other indicators. Results Compared with the control group [(0.90 ± 0.07) and (60.37 ± 7.75), PCNA and Bcl-2 in the exposure group were significantly higher than those in the control group (0.83 ± 0.06 and 53.97 ± 7.57 and 21.53 ± 5.19, , (25.72 ± 5.21)] (P <0.05); Bax (31.69 ± 5.68) was significantly higher than that of the control group (26.38 ± 5.55) (P <0.05). Conclusion Long-term low-dose nuclear exposure has a certain impact on the level of lymphocyte proliferation and apoptosis in practitioners.
