随着我国经济体制改革的进一步深化,市场对企业管理的要求越来越高,近年来,建筑施工行业的竞争日益激烈,企业利润空间缩小,由于市场机制不完善,大多数企业不惜以垫资、消减费用为代价达到中标目的,使企业利润空间缩小,生存和发展陷入困境,很多企业寄希望于通过成本管理寻找出路。众所周知,项目施工中物资成本占总成本的50%-60%左右,物资管理工作的核心主要围绕着物资核销这条主线进行,特别是项目实施项目精细化管理工作以来,使项目管理工作精细化、标准化、制度化、信息化,如何做好物资核销工作将是物资管理的重中之重。本文从项目物资核销管理中存在的问题分析如何做好物资核销管理工作。
