本文介绍了一种高粘度流体脉动参数测量方法及电路设计。这种测量方法使用的敏感元件是压电陶瓷材料。根据敏感元件的特性及所设计的组装结构,使该系统的传感器部分能在较恶劣的环境(野外大温差)中可靠工作。文中介绍的电路充分考虑了粘稠流体的运动规律,采取了抑制温漂、零漂以及适合于现场使用的各种抗干扰措施。
In this paper, a high viscosity fluid pulsation parameter measurement method and circuit design are introduced. The sensing element used for this measurement is a piezoelectric ceramic material. According to the characteristics of the sensitive components and the designed assembly structure, the sensor part of the system can work reliably in a harsh environment (large outdoor temperature difference). The circuit presented in this paper fully considers the motion of viscous fluid and adopts various anti-interference measures to suppress temperature drift, zero drift and suitable for field use.
