改革开放以来,随着我国经济结构的改变与完善,中小外企的发展在社会主义市场经济体制中发挥着重要作用。为了更有效地落实绩效考核工作,通过认真分析研究中小外企员工绩效考核过程中存在的突出问题,结合中小外企自身发展特点,科学构建绩效考核指标体系,激发员工工作热情,提高员工工作积极性,为外企科学高效运营奠定基础。
