西安交通大学著名生物医学仪器和光学仪器专家蒋大宗和林钧岫教授指导的博士研究生张镇西,1990年12月14日在该校举行的博士论文答辩会上,通过了答辩,授予生物医学仪器及工程专业的工学博士。题名为“生物组织光传播特性的研究”的学位论文,详细研究了肌肉组织的前向散射、反射与后向漫反射,肌肉的折射率,肌肉的衍射和偏振等光学现象。发现组织在300~400nm波段反射率高于良性肿瘤和正常组织,漫反射率低于正常组织。这一结果有可能发展成为鉴
Zhang Zhenxi, a doctoral student led by Professor Jiang Dazong and Professor Lin Junxiu, a well-known biomedical instrumentation and optical instrument expert from Xi’an Jiaotong University, passed a defense on December 14, 1990 at a dissertation defense conference held in the university, Instrumentation and Engineering, Doctor of Engineering. A dissertation titled “The Study of Light Propagation in Biological Tissues,” details optical phenomena such as forward scatter, reflexion and retroflexion of muscular tissue, muscle refractive index, muscle diffraction and polarization. It was found that the reflectivity of tissue in 300 ~ 400nm band was higher than that of benign tumor and normal tissue, and the diffuse reflectivity was lower than that of normal tissue. This result is likely to develop into a Kam
