American writer Barbara Tachitman’s “August Gunfire” is a Pulitzer Prize-winning classic. The narrative style of the book outlined the history of the early World War I, focusing on readability and fun, pay attention to the reality of history and the sense of the scene. Towman Emphasis on evidence, attention to detail, design suspense, her thinking on the history of the reader can provide useful lessons and inspiration. However, there are also huge limitations in her writing. For example, the readability is taken as the first priority. The narration of events is not completely objective.
