利用自制的生物质流化床快速热解设备考察了温度、载气流量、进料速度和颗粒粒径等因素对稻壳快速热解制取生物油产率的影响。结果表明,随着温度的升高,生物油产率先增大后减小,在520℃时产率最高;随着载气流量的增加,生物油产率同样先增加后减小,22m3/h时产率最高;进料速度的增加在一定程范围内有利于生物油产率的增加,1177g/h时生物油产率最高;较小的颗粒粒径有利于生物油产率的增加,但当粒径大小在20目以下时,粒径对产率的影响较小。
The effects of temperature, carrier gas flow rate, feed rate, particle size and other factors on the yield of bio-oil obtained by rapid pyrolysis of rice husk were investigated using a homemade rapid pyrolysis apparatus for biomass fluidized bed. The results showed that with the increase of temperature, the yield of bio-oil first increased and then decreased, and the yield was the highest at 520 ℃.
